My Opponents dosent feel any damage when i shoot them

hello can you tell me why my enemies dosent take any damage when I shoot them ??

this makes my gameplay much harder as I have to hit 2x more than a normal player

it feels like only every second bullet that hits deals damage >>>> ITS NOT A PING ISSUE BECAUSE MY PING IS 20-40 .

You have to understand that the rifle can not go against two assault rifles so thats why you died so easily.
I also saw the player taking damage and the video wasn't long enough either for anyone to pin point your problem.
However if this does happen to you normally reconnecting would fix it.
Try using AK-47/M4 vs criminals to have a better chance

Rifle cannot be used in short ranges and is almost impossible to hit all your shots. so I advise you to try Tec-9, Combat Shotgun or AK-47/M4A1 in this kind of situations.

Try these weapons and if the problem still happens you can record it and send us a full footage in order to assist you.

Rifle is a more effective weapon from a far distance. Also, it will be better to activate all drugs in such cases when fighting I mean.
You can also use tec9 for close fights. After reducing the opponents HP with Tec9, you can switch to combat shotgun and kill them easily.
In addition, ak-47 can be preferred for close fights instead of the combat shotgun, and I recommend using the M4 for far distance.

I too have been experiencing this and I tend to believe this is all caused by stupid drugs that make you look like you’re cheating or lagging (god, crack) I have absolutely no idea why this has become so frustrating when a few years back this wasn’t really an issue but could be a conflict between mta updates and cit scripts but I don’t know anything. The drug literally says Damage Resistance meaning some of your bullets won’t cause any damage, try pvp someone without drugs and you’ll notice it

Considering rifle damage being higher, if your opponent is using all drugs (which is going to be the case most of the times) there are chances that a few hits might not be counted because of the damage resistance that a couple of drugs provide. Also, as stated in few posts above, using rifle for close range might not always be effective. Your aim needs to be too precise to hit the target in close range with a rifle.
