How promotions will be made

(L4 to L9)
Groups can request their promotion on their group profile. GLM's will be checking the group if it's ready for the next level or not by looking at those parameters.

Before applying for a group promotion, you should follow the time gaps provided below.

- 2 months to apply for L5 after last promotion.
- 2 months to apply for L6 after last promotion.
- 3 months to apply for L7 after last promotion.
- 4 months to apply for L8 after last promotion.
- 5 months to apply for L9 after last promotion.

1. Punishments

1 -If you have received punishments 40% or more, you will be immediately denied. You can check your current statistics by using the /groupstat  command.

2. Activity

Groups need enough activity in general for the next level, here you can see which activity you need to be able to apply for X level.

L5 - 110 % for Criminals / Gangsters   | 90 % for Civilian Workers  |  100 % for Police Service.
L6 - 120 % for Criminals / Gangsters  | 100 % for Civilian Workers  | 110% for Police Service.
L7 - 130 % for Criminals / Gangsters  | 110 % for Civilian Workers  | 120 % for Police Service.
L8 - 140 % for Criminals / Gangsters  | 120 % for Civilian Workers| 130 % Police Service.
L9 - 150 % for Criminals / Gangsters   | 130 % for Civilian Workers | 140 % for Police Service.

3. Member count

Group promotion applications will be directly denied if the group doesn't meet the minimum activity requirement for board addition with more 5 additional active members
Show content
Criminals- 20 active members.
Gangsters - 20 active members.
Police Service - 15 active members.
Civilian Workers - 15 Active members.
. New members less than 15 days old will be excluded. (players that haven't logged in for more than 7 days will be considered inactive for this rule)

Having more than 15 new members joining one month before the application submission date will result in a denial for boosted activity. (Vacations, re-invited members, etc... counts as well because they're usually used to boost activity before applying)

4. External reasons

Promotion requests can be denied if the group is known as toxic among the community or received too many complaints in a short time.

Recently warned & demoted groups cannot request for promotion till reconfirmed again.

If a promotion request is rejected, you must wait for 4 weeks to request a new one.

Having less than 600 words in the application, it is highly likely that your application will be rejected due to its lack of effort.

Using AI or any relevant text generator software to easily fill your application without even bothering to add any effort will lead your application into an auto rejection.

Group perks can be purchasable with in-game currency $$$, this somewhat also supports Arran's suggestion. This means you won't have all the perks such as ''group job, guards'' just after receiving a new level. You must pay it first. (Prices are not determined yet)

How demotions will be made

If warned groups fail to fix their condition within a month, then a demotion will be issued. Dead groups that have zero activity for months would most likely get demoted.

Reporting a group

If you think a group doesn't meet its standards anymore, you can either post under their group profile or PM the current GLM's (all current GLM's, please) presenting your claims, supporting it with proofs, if the majority of GLM's think there is enough reason to proceed, the group will be put under review.

Your assessments of a group will most likely be ignored if GLM's think they're not supported by facts, so you're always advised to provide evidence of your claims.

Behavior: if claiming that members in the group are often disrupting other players, the claims need to be supported by evidence:
  - prove that behavior is repeated over time: single occurrences will most likely be ignored
  - prove that it is coming from a relevant n. of group members, not just a few
  - if a single individual is repeatedly disruptive, the group is expected to take action, especially if he holds a leader position
  - bother to provide extensive proof, or your claims won't be considered
  - do not include irrelevancies, or your claims won't be considered
  - you must come from a neutral standpoint in terms of behavior against the complained group: GLM's may check if the complained players were often provoked into the bad behavior by a rival group, and may proceed to review the other group too if enough hints of this are found.

The New Group Level L10

The GLM team has been working intensively to develop, establish and bring to the community a new flawless level that would be the top and last one on the hierarchical ranking system - level 10 (L10).

The new level will not be an object of requests (group applications) or recommendations (by alliance groups, community members, or third parties). Instead, it will be determined upon server administration (highest ranked members of the staff team (L5s) and the GLM team. It will be given to groups as a symbol of appreciation for their hard work, dedication, contributions, maintenance of certain standards, and a lot more.

A must that has to be mentioned is each L10 group must make a final decision as to which team it would represent, they must pick up a side. Hybrid groups will not be eligible to be selected for level 10. That means, that players who switch sides will automatically lose HP slowly (this does not apply to civilian groups).

Switching sides as a way to exploit the system while the group in question is having a significantly high official status to get a higher chance of being selected for L10 is brilliantly absurd and is forbidden, will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
