Delivery Man job changes

What is the suggestion going about?: Delivery Man job
Description:

• Raising its payment by 150%
- A Delivery Man can make a max of 50 deliveries per hour. Considering that most of them get the $250 bonus, the earnings for L0s have an average of $40,000. Each level the earnings increase by 20%, so L5s get 100% more and L10s get 200% more.

L0 - $40,000
L1 - $48,000
L2 - $56,000
L3 - $62,000
L4 - $70,000
L5 - $78,000
                              L6 - $91,300
L7 - $86,000
L8 - $92,900
L9 - $100,000
L10 - $108,000

As you can see in the table, the L10 is earning around 320,000 less that the current top paid jobs. an increase of the 150% would mean a more balanced payment which may call the attention of the workers.

• Decreasing its promotion requirements by 55%
- Reaching L10 takes 706 hours hours in this job (35,300 deliveries) , while the average for all the jobs is 300 hours. Decreasing it by 55% would mean that to reach L10 you would need 15,885 deliveries. 15,885/50 = 317,7 hours to reach L10.

• Bonus for not damaging the cargo would remaing from 90% to 100% HP
This one is quite simple. When you have the HP of your car from 90% to 100%, you would recieve 1 engine parts, and +1 more depending of the rank you are. This way, if you're L1 you'd get 2, if you're L2 you'd get 3... and so on.

• Addition of special missions
  - Sometimes you would recieve missions to critical points and they should be completed in an specific time. The worker would earn x5 of his regular payment.

  - Sometimes you would deliver something in the wrong point so you would be re-directed to another point. The worker would earn x3 of his regular payment due to the change in the route

• State deliveries
There are some towns which are quite isolated and would be great if some deliveries can be sent to there. Below, there is a lost of the possible points that would actually fit for a delivery mission:

I tried to pick places in the towns that would be realistic in receiving a delivery. Hope this helps!

Regards,
Denos

State missions would pay depending of the distance between the player and the delivery point.

• Custom Shaders are applied by auto
I don't know if the shaders are bugged or they were just removed, but having them back and without needing to use a command would be great and would motivate players to work as this is something... Different to call it somehow.

What would this suggestion improve: The balance in the payments, the amount of workers in this job
Why does this needs to be added?: Because the payments for this job are really low and by this reason we don't see a lot of workers here, which leads to have unused jobs.
Can you provide us any examples?: -

You want me to increase their pay by 150% and lower promotion requirements by 55% AND add special missions that pay 500% I don't think so...

I will raise the pay and lower promotion requirement as directed but won't waste my time any more on this job. Also if you're looking at the highest paid jobs as a base payment that these jobs should be increased to then that's just stupid, all you'll end up doing is saying that every other job needs a huge pay increase when what you should be doing is finding a balance. All you're going to do is end up making every job overpaid.
