[+++] Adding /hijack command tells you the location and time left for hijack

I've been doing a lot of hijacks recently and I can confirm it's annoying sometimes to find it, especially in 3 locations that you have to zoom in.
1) JFM (hijack icon gets hidden behind the car shop icon)
2) DoM base (it gets hidden behind DoM's text)
3) the gas station next to CPD armed robbery.
to know the time is another painful experience when the hijack is a boat, its slow and sometimes it gets hidden right when you're halfway through the map.

the /hijack command would really help, positive

Would be gr8 if u add command that moves the vehicle from sinking in deep water

Hijack is an objective like other criminal activities (CE/ARs) and a command will be great for it. I dont know the locations of hijack and I am suffering while I am trying to find them.
