Birthday/celebrations Emoticon

Hello,

I'm here to suggest adding an emoticon that will be used in celebrations and birthdays congratulations.I'm suggesting this because We have daily birthdays and daily topics to say Congratulations for the Person who have the Birthday.So This Emoticon will be funny and cool with this kind of celebrations.Also it can be used in the happy celebrations as It is a party/birthday Emoticon.

I like the idea, but what about a emoticon showing the whole face and not showing it from beside? All the other emoticons are like this why not doing the Birthday emoticon "normal" too?
So if you would add it showing the face from the front I would like it..

Well you don't understand the purpose,I want this because It will be used alot by the community in celebrations,birthdays,etc.,So it won't be useless at all

Using one emoticon while greeting everybody isn't really a good idea.
I mean , What we do by wishing someone in his birthday ? Make him feel special. But when he sees you just put a emoticon and says "hpy b'day" It won't really be much excitable.
IMO to bring variety people should use different images and all the need to do is to search for a png file , change its width , height to 25 , 25 and yes , you got a smiley.
Although I know its a long way but posting the same emoticon every time on everyone's wish isn't a better idea then this one.

Disagree with this idea. I would be useless because some peoples making topic of birthday of someone then greets him with happy birthday word, and lastly, put some pictures like cakes, gifts or something similar to that. And that would make the birthday guy feel special. But with the emoticon, it would seem like "too random".
