Title: Can't connect to the game

I was banned but got recently unbanned and I get this error when I try to connect to the server

EDIT:

I managed to fix this issue by deleting a kill messages chase:
C:\Program Files\MTA San Andreas 1.5\mods\deathmatch\resources\killmessages

the topic can be locked and archived if someone else facing the same issue can look up for it.
