I was trying to enter my 2nd account and failed the passowrd more than 10 times and I am not being able to login until next day ( 24 hours) is there anyway to contact any admin to remove it for me or anything else!

Unfortunately, there is no solution, you have to wait for the 24 hours, there is nothing for the staff to do.
