Title: Potential taxi missions bug

While doing taxi missions, some ped pickup points are only a short distance away from their drop off points, within walking distance. This leads to wasted fuel and time which could be put to better use picking up other peds, not to mention short pay ($80). :thonk:

Not a bug, I'm pretty sure there just isn't a distance check for minimal pickup and drop off point.
