Hello, I got an auto-ban for this (https://i.imgur.com/yno64My.png). Check the picture to know the reason, and I didn't touch anything. Thank you for your time! :)

Probably MTA detected a trainer or a software.Disable/uninstall them if you got any.
Or probably your PC contains a virus try to scan it.
btw it's not considered as punishment so it doesn't affect your gameplay if you're wondering.

You either have a virus on your PC or corrupted MTA DLL files. I'd suggest you run a virus check with either the built in Windows defender or a program like Malwarebytes. If that won't fix it, re-install MTA.

Thanks for the quick answers. I don't have any virus on my pc, and I did a scan now.

Check if you have installed s0beit or cheag engine, this maybe is instaled in your PC and maybe MTA detecting. Also, if you can format your PC to clean everything, is better than Any fix program... Tell me which Windows are you using?

Sorry for the delayed answer, yes. I'd be glad if you remove it from my punish log serial, please. Thank you, everyone, for the help and your time! :)
