Title: Add the option to disable getting 200HP in LV to /settings

Hey all. I’m here to suggest adding the option to disable getting 200HP in LV to /settings. Anyone who has ever worked a civ job, or simply enjoyed a road trip, through LV has noticed that you lose your food once you enter LV. E.g. when I work as a pilot, I constantly lose all of my food because I keep switching between 150 and 200HP. So I suggest to either allow us to disable this or just return the 200HP to all of San Andreas.

50 hp difference isn't that big deal. You'll lose a maximum of 50 food? Oof.. Let's say 100 food, it isn't that big deal!

You’re not a civ, you’re not affected by it because you’re constantly in LV.

The possible way to fix it is:All civ's HP will be 200

well, yea its so annoying when I play as pilot or when i'm using Rustler to throw bombs in some ARs like "PCB"

Could just set health to 200 for anyone who enters LV with 150.

You think so, but the fact is, civilian players being affected by that. I personally witness since I tried my self to work pilot and many directions being placed on LV.so if we keep losing 50 HP for over 50 times let's just say 50 times. Count by your self and see how annoying it is.

Furthermore, I suggest adding 200 HP to whole San Andreas, because isn't logical to give LV extra health. Even in LS there are turfs and wars either. I see adding 200 hp to all sa would be equal. Many activities by MC or other LS/SF groups and most of these activities obligate them to cross LV, so they will be harmed however. I know it's not that big deal, but we mustn't ignore it, we have to keep it equal.

I do respect you point, but I don't think what you just mentioned about LV players is logical and neither reasonable. Their method of fights is quite agressive with rockets and grenades. I don't think this would make any sense.

Same happens to me when I work as a train driver, believe me it's a BIG DEAL when you have to enter and leave LV again and again.

this would be a great one because when we move from LV hospital to Oil turfs we leave LV then re-join for a few seconds and we lose 50 HP.

- When entering LV with 150 health, your health will be set to 200. (Arran + Cherry)
