Title: increasing the Reputation Points when killing a cop depending on the player's WP

Greetings,

I was thinking of increasing the Reputation Points when killing a cop depending on the criminal's Wanted Points. (Not speaking about CEs/ARs)

How?
             - Less than 500WP receiving 100Rep as it is.
             - More than 500WP receiving 300Rep every cop kill instead of 100.
             - More than 800WP receiving 400Rep every cop kill instead of 100.
             - And APBs as they are targeted, marked and every cop focuses on killing them, 500Rep every cop kill also instead of 100.
Why?
              Cops, when they kill a high wanted points criminal, especially APBs, they recieve a lot of money and Arrest Points. Also, a cop may kill more
               than 5-6 criminals in riots/criminal activites with high WL, and they will receive alot of AP comparing to what criminals receive.
               Therefore, this may bring some balance to the criminal side. Plus, it is not simple to gain more than 500LT and stay alive for a long time.

First of all, Good idea. Whenever a cop kills an APB, they get 1000 arrest points (at least) but no such thing is possible when a criminal kills a cop. So this change should take place, Positive.

Good idea for sure nice one mate, it will make the criminals more active and skilled to avoid dying and losing their wanted points to get more and more, that's helping their groups in points, I am Positive

I was playing in LS and I noticed that too, voting positive, it should "balance" things in this aspect.

Fair enough for both sides, this will make it somehow balanced between criminals and cops.

Actually, I was planning to input this suggestion by this weekend because it explicitly makes sense to both sides which is actually logical and common.

- Cop killing reputation reward increased if you have a higher wanted level. 4 stars: 200. 5 stars: 300. 6 stars: 400. APB: 500. (Arran + Dokt0R)
