Title: Make it possible to give up houses ownership

Players are constantly trying to sell houses for as cheap as possible just so they can free up a house slot.

People sometimes commit the mistake of buying a house that they'll never use again and odds are no one's interested in buying that property and then they get stuck with a house they no longer desire.

You may say "just buy a house slot" but some broke deadbeats or some new players may end up not benefiting from eventual good deals just because they lack 10m.

The Suggestion:
In order to rid people of this inconvenience, being able to ditch a house for no money back would be a good solution.
Make it so the "give up house ownership" function resets houses prices to 90m as it used to be on the previous system.
Additionally, make it so a player can only give up one house per day and only 48h after it has been purchased so they can't freely buy and reset properties just to troll low/mid range houses prices by constantly setting them to 90m.

That would still be printing money out of thin air.

I've got 2 houses for sale at 1$ since 2 months.
I'm upvoting for this as it may resolve most of the community players housing issue.

Well, I think nowadays if you're gonna "give up" your house, set it as $1, and saying give away a house or something, someone might take it.

server shouldn't pay the player any amount of money even if 1% so it will just give up on the house and it will return to its main price that was created with the house marker and the player will lose the house, that's it Upvote

It is implied that players wouldn't get any money in return when I say "to ditch a house for no money back".

I am suggesting this exactly because there are plenty houses for very cheap and people still won't buy them.

I'm sorry that I copy and paste the wrong sentence.

If so I'm positive because it can solve many problems.

I bought 2 houses in a dead zone like SF, and it was a mistake, I can't even sell them for 1$ for long time ago. Positive

Yesterday's night, when I first logged in, I've seen a someone coming across a new player within 2h of playtime making use of him to buy his house at SF for 1$ just to get rid of it. The new player would definitely buy it from him because he literally has no idea how the housing system works YET. How do you explain this ?

No disrespect but maybe the houses that are mapped in empty / unplayed areas could be sold back to players and wiped ... or replaced by a CE or something.
I actually was thinking that we could map interesting stuff in the empty unused parts of the map to get players to explore more of the map, that's a diff idea though.

Note that don't try and abuse this by setting your houses to sale for $1 and then buying more and setting it to not for sale any more. Next time you login you will be charged a fee every minute.
