i know panels gonna be bugged but I want to use it...

for better performance... how we can fix it?

you cant mta doesnt support it as far as I remember or the server

The server do not support it.

Here I made a suggestion to remove the restriction of getting kicked while putting that resolution, but arran rejected it for some reasons. You can re-suggest it.
