[+++][B] Increasing the reputation points rewards when illegal trucking.

Pretty simple like the title says, illegal trucking is one of my favorite criminal activities to do but unfortunately it doesn't give as much reputation points comparing to the risk of it (60 WL).
Increasing the reward of reputation points by 2x or 2.5x will make it balanced with other activities and make it more popular among the other activities.

Illegal trucking is pretty neat, I remember doing it a lot when I was a newbie, and its pretty sad to see it does not give as much rp as it should be. Its risky to do, but at the same time, its one of the most enjoyable side mission to do imo. Increasing how much rp you can earn from it, therefore adjusting it to the high risk is a good idea, would make the mission more appealing both for newbies and for regular / old players.  :tick:
