New Login Screen Competition

- OVERVIEW: The description from F1, View Intro, etc.
- SERVER INFO: Peak, History, IRC, Website, etc.
- THE STAFF: Who are them and maybe the roster, what are they for, etc.

Idea: How about make a timer of the Bankrob/Drugshipment/(maybe weed harvest) at the login screen. People will know if they have to hurry to make it or not.

If the Bankrob/DS is still once per 120minutes you could give 120-60min a green colour, 60-10 min an orange colour and the last 10min to be a red colour. Just a blink into the colour would give you an indication of how long the BR is away.
