Can't connect to sever.

Well , I was playing then I reconnect to do something before I go offline. Tried to open sever it giving me like this > Entering the game after 10-15 secons , Disconnected : connection to the sever was lost , and my connections is connected 100%. I don't know how to solve it , I tired restart my network + pc ,  but no way..... I tired join any random sever , it worked.. only happen in cit.
