It means either

1) The resource killmessages has been modified and not restarted

or

2) The client is having problems downloading 'gun_dildo1.png'

If the problem is only occurring with one player, ask them to manual delete the client cache of killmessages by deleting:

C:\Program Files\MTA San Andreas 1.5\mods\deathmatch\resources\killmessages

or

C:\Program Files (x86)\MTA San Andreas 1.5\mods\deathmatch\resources\killmessages

Hi, You can fix this problem, easily just try these:
                          . Delete MTA from your computer and delete it's registry files. Then re-install MTA
                          . Try restart your modem router
                          . Clean your computer
                          . If you are using wireless then be sure no one isn't using it in that moment
I gave you different ways but this problem might be fixed from using one of these ways.

If your CIT is not loading then try delete all the CIT resources you've downloaded. Follow these steps to do that: Your MTA Folder ---> mods --->  deathmatch ---> Resources, delete all the CIT scripts. If you still experience issues, re-install MTA.

If you still can't connect to the server, download Private Tunnel, connect to a server (i.e. UK), download the CIT resources using it. You may disconnect once it's finished and then you should be able to login to CIT's server

Instead of deleting whole resources, just go to your MTA directory then mods > deathmatch > resources and delete this folder. Now once you connect in server, it will re-downloaded and your problem will be fixed.
