hi there I was have ban and I found some one on Fb his name [CIT]Arran and I said to him unban me please then he replied give my your account and I will unban it then I gave him the account and he scammed it from 2 years now I cant get the account back right because it my fault? I cant recover it from froum because there werent any email for the account and the scammer is still using the account till now.

You can get it back from Account Retrieval board but you need a strong evidence to get your account back. Since you gave it through facebook then you must provide screenshots and logs when posting it on Account Retrieval Board so the ARM will confirm that account belongs to you.

Atleast he can try , well If he got a enough proofs and Staffs or ARM can detect the serial and the account logs he can get it back

I dont think so because I was have the same problem and the staff said the account will not because its your fault that you gave hin the account

If that's the case then he cannot retrieve it , and please stop double posting you can just edit your latest post if you want to add something.

I think you cannot do anything, and don't waste your time opening a topic on ARM board. Since you trusted him on FaceBook. Of course you can try your chance but I think it will be invalidated. Also you could appeal your BAN in our forum but you choose to SMS him (A fake account) on the FaceBook. Why didn't you appeal 2 years ago?

you should have solid proof which is inside CIT because ARM cannot do anything based on Facebook proofs. Anyways, you can try to make   Account Retrieval request.

I have no proof at all that I own the account but I still live in the same house, Can I still make a retrieval request? Yes, you can. Account retrieval managers are experienced in linking accounts to their owners.

Anything outside CIT isn't a valid source of evidence, so therefore it won't be counted. You shouldn't even fall for that scam, obviously why would a person named "[CIT]Arran" on Facebook ask you for your login details... It's your fault in the end.
