Forgot ingame password

Have been in-active for a while and recently bought myself a laptop and thought I'll come see what CIT is like these days but unfortunately I have forgotten my in-game password so was hoping that someone can help me out. I'm not quite sure how this is suppose to work so yeah my first thought was posting about it on forum. If there's any further questions about the matter then please be my guest.
