I will just paste what Arran said some hours earlier in game about those who have a problem joining to server. It might help in your case:

(NOTE) [CIT]Arran: If you knowe anyone having problems launching MTA
(NOTE) [CIT]Arran: Tell them to go to nightly.mtasa.com and get the Windows nightly installer (Win10+) 8th one down

Your PC might be infected with a virus, or you have a program that prevents MTA anti-cheat components from starting.

So, if you are using any program that could prevent MTA anti-cheat components from starting, please close it using Task Manager and reconnect. If not, try to download a known antivirus program and scan your PC.
