I can not connect to CIT server

There are more than 600 players but when I click on the server I don't see the players list, and when I want to connect I get message after 5 seconds talking about internet connection.

i tried to enter any other server and it's working because I saw the downloading files bar after opening other servers, the problem in the CIT server only, so any solution ?

Try to join the server from "connect" button in home page, or try to reboot your modem.

Not working, re-installed MTA and GTA and deleted all files and restarting my router..etc

Can you even ping to it?
Start > cmd > ping s2.cit.gg

Minimum=117ms, Maximum=122ms, Average= 119ms

i know this method and I don't think this problem from my connection.

this happend to me and some of my friends it's a random bug I fixed it by uninstalling MTA and re downloading it but others fixed it by restarting there routers try both of them if one of them worked , it happend to around 6 players maybe it was a bug because of the server was lagging yesterday .

I tried all solutions 
I noticed that this problem is with the servers which have no "game mode" in the servers list.

It was some server's host issues, but I guess arran fixed it already, no? Try to login now

Still... I have the same problem now, and I've done everything, reinstalled MTA & GTA SA, Installed MTA Nighty update etc..
Minimum = 106ms, Maximum = 109ms, Average = 106ms

I entered 2 random servers and played on them for a few minutes. Then I tried again on CIT and the problem solved, try it.
