Add Boat repair Point to LS docks

Because we cant recover boat in ground and near object so we only can repair boat use repair-kits and I suggest this repair place to docks every one know where is the drug dealing place so we need boat repair place to here so I think staff can add repair point to LS docks without any problem.

This is goig to be useful, to let people repair their boats in docks. Adding this will support the drug dealers a lot if their boat is broken.

I'm agree with you Revo.That's a useful suggestion for dealers.If their boats are broken.They must repair it so they need repair point at LS Docks.

Its useful for new player , they dont know where is the point to repair the Boat.
