Never had that problem...how'd you get that ? I got both Versions Installed and it is working fine. Try to re-install everything (but keep settings) and install only MTA 1.4

Actually the server is officially released in MTA 1.4

@RedFero. I already solved that problem, your internet connection is too low, in other words your ping is too high so the client couldn't download the mods for you.

Fix : Reboot your modem

The server is now on the MTA 1.4 version, so if you have the 1.3 version, you can't play. To do so, you have to install the new 1.4 MTA Version. Click Me for installation!
