Description: Adding that Military BackPack to /equip for the
Police team only.

What would this suggestion improve: it will improve the /equip system/list for the army/cops only since something like
this is mostly required. meanwhile civilians and crimes can use both the
rockstar bag and
black backpack.Why does this needs to be added?: well, first of all, something like this is needed; it brings RP. secondly, as I said above,
it's needed to be added, just for cops, especially for the army team (i.e: USNS AND AF), same as Heavy
Police Armor and
light
Police Armor chests.
