What is the interface?
It change the window in the MTA and change the colors too Like this.
It case trouble for MTA files or CIT graphics?

How to add it step by step?
1. Paste the Images in this loaction in your pc "C:\Program Files (x86)\MTA San Andreas 1.5\MTA\cgui\images".
2. Paste the Skins file in this location in your pc "C:\Program Files (x86)\MTA San Andreas 1.5\skins"
3. open the MTA, enjoy.
Video tutorial
you won't get "skin" file in all interfaces.
