Small question

Forgetting my password long time ago like 4 years ago,i didn't play since 2016 so staffs are saying that they can't recover my password but the question is,they can't retrieve it or they won't cause they can't be sure im the real owner?if a lvl 5 staff can see old logs,why cant he just help me and solve this solution?

Probably your account is deleted because of inactivity, that's why the can't retrieve it.

its not deleted..and yes I made a request but the thing that I don't understand is that a lvl 5 staff can see old logs and can retrieve my password,so why other staffs are closing my request since a higher level staff like dream is able to get me back my password

There's probably a reason behind your request getting locked, could you please share your request link with us in order to help you understand what's happening.

accounts that were last used before 1.6.2018 cannot be checked and validated. Don't be surprised if we reject your requests about recovering accounts that were used more than 4 months ago. Also don't lie about your last login on those accounts, that'd bring you nowhere as we'd simply lock your request for not being able to find evidence of your ownership on said accounts.

Yeah I do get it but the questions is WHY?since lvl 5 staffs can see old logs,why would they lock the topic since there is a way...

L5 staff will not use archived logs for people who forgot the password. Atleast, that's what Brian told me.

If you remember the last password you used or similar to it you can possibly do forgotten password but you'll have to use your email to recover your password but remember if you didn't put any email when u logged in then I am not sure how you account can be retrieved just remember the account name too while you're trying to get your password reseted

If you know the account name, you can do two things:
- Password retrieval
- E-mail address change and then recover it yourself.

Just create a request and we'll see what we can do.
