Yes, the same problem is still there. I did all the solutions and it did not work. I also opened the compte on another computer and the same issue.

as some saying its an issue from the browser so try to change it and also try from your phone if it work that mean issue from your browser, unless both of them didn't work PM an admin or request to re give you the access since the error it self telling you to report it to the Admins.
