Hello How to be honorauble to Staff Like Cooldude and PushQ the people that in Reports moderator I wanna be like Them How wut should I do helping people iam helping wut to do ?

You can't do anything about it, staff will deem you worthy of the position when it's time.

There are is many ways, but it require hard work, for example atleast you need to be L4 with a lot of contribution, people like cooldude  got it because they were contributing as PAM/IRS, or reporting bugs.  What you need is to contribute to the community and make it more entertaiment.
To get staff or other duties you need to achieve JCM first to see adminstrative profile board, then you will understand how to get these duties.
