No, you can't. It will consider as evading a ban.

Your account itself is banned, not the serial only. So, logging in on another serial won't help you at all, you are still banned. And if you meant, to create a new one, it would be considered as ban evading as Liso mentioned above.

If you do that, it's ban evading, and it's good for you. My advice to you is to send a ban appeal in the forum without resorting to bad paths.
