I have been trying to connect to the server after half an hour I entered the server and got kicked the reason is

It is similar to this problem.
  • Try to restart your Pc.
  • Try to check your connection maybe restart your router or use a VPN.
  • Try to uninstall MTA not just deleting files and then install the Latest version of it.

It seems that the resource CITradar is causing the issue. Navigate to your local MTA resources folder (the default path is C:\Program Files (x86)\MTA San Andreas 1.5\mods\deathmatch\resources) and delete the folder named "CITradar". After deleting the resource, reconnect.
