I didnt find any server and cant open Cit

I didnt know what happen to the game it was normal then the next day when I open cit it log me out .. I deleted mta and Gta sa then redownload it then I cant find any server .. and try to log in from the forum after I enter they give me this screen

Have you tried updating to 1.6 yet? Maybe that could be it.
