Title: Ping problem

After CIT server move I got ping problem every single minutes, I had 120-130 ping before server move now I got ping spike no reason. I have good internet.

when I do ping s2.cit.gg on cmd it's look fine.But when I go online ingame ping spike happening no reason, I'm using an connection nothing runs background

Ping in command line is stable a stable 131 ms
Can you download and open https://share.pilovali.nl/WinMTR.exe
Put s2.cit.gg in the host, press run and when you lag, take a screenshot of it.

Issue is from your own network. First hop (your router) has very high latency and packetloss.
Try to restart your router and connect with a network cable.
