Title: [IMPLEMENTED] Turning DS (Criminal Event) into Armed Robbery.

DS is outdoor CEs, ARs have the same scenario, so instead of completely removing DS, it could be added as ARs. but before taking actions and opening a proposal I made sure to get voting from players first, and https://i.imgur.com/GVHrILc.png . Yes 19 (67%) No 7 (25%) Maybe 2 (7%)
which shows the majority agrees on that!

then I made sure to take another voting and from law side.

We already have plenty of outdoor AR’s, we only have 2 outdoor CE’s and I prefer to keep them in CE category.

It's not me who is "ruining" it, the cirminal side want's it to be as an AR

when you submit the final proposal, just edit your post before posting the final proposal.

Outdoor CE's are not enjoyable anymore as a criminal ,personally for me and my group mates . DS would suit so much as an armed robbery and make that place active again.
