[IMPLEMENTED] Adding celebrities in Taxi Driver

Suggestion explained in one paragraph: Adding Celebrity class in the job of Taxi Driver, just like a News Reporter gets special photos to click. This would have the blip ID of 48, just like how the special person to be photographed in News Reporter does.


Additional details that are necessary for the suggestion: It would give you minimum $5,000 in the beginning at L1, and then would increase by a factor of $500, eventually going to $10,000 every customer. It could be randomized to appear. It would have pretty longer distances in the city. They could also have a time limit of 3 minutes. The skin IDs would be more humble personaltiies like ID 17, 31, 113, 118, 129, 147, 227, 228, 294, 295


This suggestion is worth the time developing because: It would add a side mission for people working as Taxi Driver, and they would get an opportunity to break routine, and get a challenge with a thrill in it of the time limit.

I agree, Taxi driver is kinda underpaid afaik and needs something exciting and nice added to the job
