Title: [Senza] Improving convoy feature

Hello community, I am here to suggest to improve the feature of convoy.

As we know convoy is popular to the game especially doing roadtrips, escorts or roleplay but I see something different that needs to change. My suggestion is if you do convoy, your vehicle will be 1 meter away from the vehicle that you follow. If the vehicle that you follow increase their speed then your vehicle will also increase a little bit of speed so you can still follow them.

Second, If the vehicle is going to a curvy road then it also follows the movement of the vehicle that you follow because if you are the one to control the vehicle while in the curve roads then the convoy will be removed. The only thing that convoy cant follow movement is only the stunts like wheelie and other stunts. The aim of this suggestion is to make convoy great since many players now like to do activity like Roadtrips or group roleplay

excellent idea but I would like to make a contribution and it is that in the convoy you can choose a driving leader, it is the same as you have explained but the difference is that if the convoy leader makes a curve everyone will follow it, also to create a GUI for create our own convoy groups, which with the command for example /convoy, since this should only be for convoy occasions, since if you go freely through the city and a person gets in front of you and turns towards a curve , you will double too and it will be somewhat annoying for some players, instead my vote is positive  :tick:

Man, I've longed for so long to see a proper neat and clean Convoy or Ride events. This might be a bit of scripting work but overall this is a very very nice idea.

Yeah thats what im thinking too it has a lot of scriptings to do but I have trust to our devs so theres a possibility that they can do that without any issues.

I dont think if the /maxspeed feature you mean is working, last day that we host a roadtrip, 9R told us that use /maxspeed 60 but the meter reached up to 78KPH and sometimes I surpassed the leaders. And the 1-2-2-1 roadtrip line also can be decided if the leader of the roadtrip will tell to use it or not. 9R our spearhead prefer to use 1-1-1-1 line position.

the /maxspeed is working fine to me maybe u just misspelled it (well this is not the suggestion tho) I support the idea, it will fix the convoy features  :tick:

Well I would like to see your suggestion to be added it’s will effect on the groups/squads to make their activities better “Road Trip” it’s also will make the convoy so popular in the community, I will vote for a positive. :tick:

I dont think I mispelled it I do it twice but its still reach to 70KPH instead of 60 only but we do not have to problem that because thats not my suggestion.

As I see, convoy system need update. Some players doesn’t know how to put max speed etc. its a great idea, I am going to upvote it.  :tick:

If theres no bugs or issues after addition, then its worth it.

Convoy right now is already at good state, we don't need any improvement just keep as it is.  :cros: negative

Many want this feature to be changed you can't do anything. Thanks for your opinion.

Current convoy system is good and fine no need to waste developers time to edit something which is working fine already not to mention that it been used for too long and nobody complained since ages ago especially roleplay players like bikers. negative.

There are some complaining about that but I dont need to mention them. Anyway you have a right not to used it if you dont like the new feature I want to change then.

more scripts and updates = more fps drops, bugs and lag and developers better to waste their time on a useful ideas there are tons of accepted ideas but no one works on them due to the lack of developers time, and I guess I have the rights to negative vote aswell.

Yeah I respect your vote, if you have wooden pc then you might get fps drops and if this feature has a bugs then we can report it to quality assurance topic where they can fix that problem, there are many ways to solve the problems of every features added.

When I first made the script, I implemented an easy way to achieve this, but that caused it to have some flaws.

There are better approaches to make it a stable script which makes  it mimic movements properly, even if the two vehicles are quite far. I would have fun reworking it but just not anytime soon. Maybe in three month's time I will have reworked it. Really busy.

- Improved vehicle convoy feature (X > click on car > convoy). Your vehicle will now follow the target vehicle much more precisely. (Senza + R2003)
