Hello Supports,
Im a too old player my old username is maybe FRAGZ for sure I forgot it cause I left cite for more than 6 years, but I remembered some groups I has joind such as: [H] , [PiRu$] , old UltimateForce , [FFH], but I forgot my old username so how can I restore my old account or how I can get the old posts for [PiRu$] group to check my username and try to open it, or how the supporter can help me to restore my old account, I remembered my Email Adress to that I linked to my old character but I forgot my mail password hahaha, I hope that I can get any help.

If you forgot everything besides your name and email, ARM can't help you.
We need account name.

Try to contact those groups leader from forum and ask them about your nickname, they might find something for you.

So do you want to recover your old forum account? as far as I know you are not able to get back your forum account, you can only stay with your current one.

As I'm unable to edit my previous reply, I'm writing a new one.
If you meant your forum account, then you sadly cannot recover it. On the other hand, you can recover the in-game accounts by doing what I said above.

or go ingame and recover your password as you already got your account name.

Btw after you do what Coke mentioned, You will find the message in the "Spam Box" that's why some people don't see it. The logo of the message is ("C" in a circle).

That screenshot was taken from 'gmail.com'. For imgur, it's a website that you can use to upload your photos so you share them with others.

start step by step, try to remember what was your account name if it is Mohanadtarekk or FraGz by logging in and checking the message if it says account does not exist or wrong password If it says incorrect password then that account exists so.
then try to contact Pilovali with your email address that might be linked to that account if it is correct then you're getting the account back. Good luck :thumb:
