CIT Housing Auction
Welcome dear CIT members to the first ever CIT Housing Auction!
Four real-estate managers have worked hard to offer you a beautiful home near a highly wanted location: ACA! Since this is the first auction ever, I'll explain it thoroughly to you.
The big pointy building in San Fierro, right across the ACA, has been transformed into an apartment building. If you enter the red marker you'll see a red hall way with eight doors and one yellow door. Since this is the first auction, only ONE door will be auctioned. If you win an apartment here, it'll mean that you have access to ACA whenever you want! Of course, you may not abuse it. But for cops it could mean they could go right back and defend themselves. And since we expect the price to turn out quite high: you'll pay enough for that advantage! Besides that, it's a cheap warp to ACA when it's close to starting and you don't want to miss out on it.
Let me list the advantages for you:
- A house right across ACA, you're literally seconds away from it
- A unique house which will only have a maximum of 8 in existence
- You get to pick your OWN interior (between 15/17/30/33) which you've never been able to do before
- A house next to the Police Department so if you decide to want to be a cop at the last minute, you can do that
- A house next to the highway which means you can get to the next event within 1 minute and a half
- YOU may pick the name of the house - May not be unrealistic or include flaming but if you'd like to name it after Tupac, that's fine
- You don't have to worry about losing your rare apartment - you'll have a buyers warranty. If you go inactive due a holiday/exams/illness or something similar you can PM me and I'll temporarily remove the house marker for you.
Since I've received a few questions about it: the yellow door will
not be an interior, it will be a surprise for the home owners.
Auction 1: Door 1Once you've won the bidding you'll be the happy owner of door 1. As stated before, YOU may pick the name of the apartment. Things you can name it after include yourself, your favourite singer, your favourite food, a realistic house name, etc.)
Examples are:
- Tupac's Apartment
- Cherry's Crib
- Mangotastic Apartment
I won't name it after your group or anything like that. Because if it ever has to be sold, it would ruin the property. For example: I doubt an FFH wants to live in "SWAT's Castle" or a SWAT in "FFH'S HOUSE".
Anyways, as soon as you won the bidding we'll meet up IG. You pay 80% of your bidding to me (I will send it to Arran and he'll destroy it) and then you get to pick the name of your house and the interior. To keep it a bit realistic you can pick between 15, 17, 30 or 33. Then I will create the housemarker and you'll buy the house for the other 20% of your bidding. No one else will be able to buy your marker in that split second, if it does happen I can easily delete and recreate the house, don't worry.

Interior: 17
Description: Apartment with seperate bathroom and kitchen with washing machine.
Interior: 30
Description: Beautiful apartment that has never before been used as an interior.
Interior: 33
Description: Apartment with a seperate bedroom, never been used in CIT before.
