[ADDED] Adding Anti Rush system in SFB, Crim Side.

Well, maybe many criminals and cop saw there is not Anti-Rush system in SFB at Criminal Side, so if cops crack this side there's no change to kill these cops, also in everyone events Criminals and cops side got anti rush system and in SFB no.

I fully agree about that and I'd like adding an armor pick up to our side too.
