Well the title explained everything.

I'm suggesting Adding a command tells you how many time left to make a new /superadvert message.
It can be /adverttime 

This would be helpful to know how many hours/minutes left to create another advert message if we forgot when did we make the last advert message.

If we added commands for things like this there would be hundreds of commands, there are already too many commands.

All it took was making it tell you how many minutes left until you can next post an advert.
