Well I noticed that LV is a city of RPGs war atm, nobody using guns, everybody using RPGs instead of guns.
So I'm suggesting:
Not letting people having more than 10 RPGs.
OrMake a limit from getting RPGs daily.
Eg: You can't buy +25 RPGs at the last 24 hours
People stopped playing normally, LV got spammed with RPGs now, just like before.
RPGs is a feature that cannot be placed for no limits, it should has a limit; to keep the game on.
Some people reached 700 RPGs! when those people will end their RPGs up?
