What are you supposed to do in this job: After getting the job, You will automatically get a camera which is used for taking a photo obviously, You can spawn  free vehicles but I recommend you to buy a fast car or motorcycle  so you can get there fast.
You will see a blue skull in your mini-map  and just keep in mind that the blue skill you are following are real players so you have to make them stop somehow, after making them stop take a photo by holding the right mouse button, and then press on the lest mouse button.

I recommend you to bind "Please stop so I can take a photo, I'm a News reporter." to local chat, you can bind that using this command /bind <key> local chat <the text above>
