To be a good leader u should take care of ur group and ur mates and make sure they are playing comfortably and if u face any kind of problem u have to face it with all what u got and never run a way from it and finally being mature and never make any decision in a angry mood

Understand you members , keep check on your members , always think betterment for the group and follow it and remove the problematic people and the last always to act mature and make wise and direct decisions.
