[IMPLEMENTED] Player only could vote for 3 candidates in /vote

Hello my proposal is simple and clear, during next elections, one player could only vote for 3 candidates.
(One serial as well, so people do not login on multiple accounts to vote)

I agree on this.

• Limit the votes for every person per 5 or at least per the number of members that will be councillors. (5 is better imo, there is no point voting for more from that point you vote someone for being ally/groupmember/squadmember/friend etc)

The reason why I chose 3 , Is because 5 players are chosen to the head councillor and the amount of councillors will be 12, this means that one group of people wont be able to determine the most of councillors and head councillors , people should start thinking on who they vote and why they vote, limiting them to 3 would be the best option.

The Proposal is changed to VOTE , councillors are able to vote .

Going to support this to avoid people (who don’t do anything) getting votes without much efforts/due to bias stuff.

Yes I had this idea since the first day of voting began for councillors but the idea is certainly not mine.
