Adding L10 Butcher to achievement.

Since Street Food Seller and Street Cleaner have been added to achievement, seems like I forgot this one, simply as that. It deserves to be in achievement.

I've never seen that job before maybe because its not in achievements but I'd like to try it one day and yea every job must be in achievements I am Positive

Yes, when they added butcher to the CIT, I was thinking why it wasn't added to the stats. Later I learned that butcher is a side mission, and they don't need to be added. When street food seller and street cleaner have been added recently, I thought why not butcher too. I'll give positive.
