It's been a strange and new time recently, like how we've got a new server but never got a chance to use it so much with the memory leak shutting the server down all the time and other 'network' troubles.

But now we can recover. For example we hope to fix the memory leak in the next few days by hosting the MTA server on a linux virtual machine downgrading to 2008, as Windows Server 2012 is shit and has a memory leak in it (it's not an MTA module that is leaking because me and ccw (MTA dev) checked) So hopefully that'll bring stability to the server soon and hopefully the player count will normalize again.

Other news:

The #committee channel on IRC will be used again this time it will be open to everyone to debate stuff when somebody needs something debating for example yesterday we debated about new official criminal groups.

BOCA now has official status as they are the best organized crime association.

The old bank interior where 90% of the fights took place at the top of the stairwell has returned due to popular demand.

The old SPAS has returned but with 20% less damage as it was overpowered.

Also sorry about the longer than expected downtime that we just had, something went wrong.

That's good to see this news, fixing that problem on the server will make it more enjoyable to everybody.
Also, BOCA deserved the official status, as they're the ONLY group that is only criminal.

I have no real knowledge about it but this is much debated matter, Most of the time bloggers choose Linux server for one reason and that is faster than WS12..this Linux server is going where it performs best.. and the true fact that CIT is dedicated to bringing us the best..

Good to see this, it is sure that now with the Linux operating system, the server will have much less maintenance.
Linux is perfect for hosting servers, the company that I work, the Linux server is hosted at 6 months and has not restarted yet.

About BOCA, Yes they absolutely deserve this status.
BOCA is entertaining the whole Community with brilliant videos, awesome events and not to forget their work what they do in LS.
