Title: Where is my DL3 ?

I left that game in 2017 I think. I was a DL3 player and when I logged in today after 2 years of inactivity or something I couldn't find my donator level that is now called vip level. where is it ? who should I complain too ?

Donator Level was renamed to VIP level, you still have your DL3 - its just under a different name

ye it says my vip level is 0

If you mean you still miss the VIP Level 3, then go over to this (https://cit.gg/index.php?topic=123320.0) topic and read it, copy the Money refund format, fill it and make a new topic  here (https://cit.gg/index.php?board=459.0) and hopefully you will be able to recover it back.

Obviously you did something with it or let someone else do something with it, my converter script won't miss 1 person.
