Premise: Currently all official groups have to request access to /gojob and a random L4+ staff have to add accounts manually to give access to the feature. It causes annoyance and waste of time, especially when groups request tons of accounts to be added.
Suggestion: Instead of having to manually add every single account to /gojob command, make it work differently like happens with community jobs when you reach level 10:
Every member of the official group gets automatically access to /go <Occupation name> related to group's job. Once you do the command, you'll see appearing the same window that pops-up when you use group's job marker.
