Title: Can i use CIT modded skins shader in my GTA/MTA files?

So I figured how to use shaders on GTA default skins in my files and use them in server without the need to donate (since I don't really care about others seeing them).

So , my question is , can I use CIT modded skins the same way and actually be able to use them in server from files without donation? if yes please explain how or at least link me to a guide on how to do this , because I searched around and couldn't find one , thanks a lot.

I don't think this is possible. Afaik it's blocked.
