And in the case you block this, what if criminals use this to prevent cops from being able to arrest/kill them?

My suggestion: Make them invincible to everything but cops. To prevent LV abuse disable duels while turfing.

Anyway, This is a cool Idea but what about the WantedLevel system? Would you get stars and would the other person die?

It sounds like an original TDM server which you used to play on SAMP , Am I right Steve? Whatever, It will turn the mode to TDM but I love the duels so im bit comfused . Also there will be a good way to scam newcommers

Yes its an excellent idea, duels happen all the time, in fact, some gangs even use them to define the ranks of the people in it, so I completely support this

 +1  from me, maybe transfer them to other dimension if they want to fight with no spectators and if they want to fight with spectators then they will fight in a room made for dueling.

To keep from criminals abusing this... how about this:

You can't /duel unless you have 0 stars... also! Your bullets can not do damage to anybody except the person you're dueling with?

A choise would be cool too like: Both players using a M4 or both using a knife.
And drugs will be allowed too?
And maybe in ur /mypolicestatus add: Duels won: and Duels lost:, (wait u can abushe that)
