[+++][A] Able to change the Top Message Scale

My suggest is pretty simple which is to be able to change the top message scale

same as Kill message scale :

- Added 'Kill Message Scale' to '/settings' and made kill message text 30% smaller for 800 x 600 screen resolution. (Arran + FLACKO)

Because I notice that many players and im one of them use unscaled resolutions in the game because they find more better than default one and this effect in the way how the top message looks and you might have some issue trying to reading it, like as you see here:

Good idea, in my case it would help me a lot, it has happened to me several times when I don't read them because they go unnoticed. Totally in favor, positive vote

Sounds really useful. It will enable the ability for a huge amount of players, including me, to use the top messages. Personally, most of the times these top messages couldn't appear properly and were unreadable so I ended up disabling them. If this setting you are suggesting helps me fix this issue I will definitely enable them again.

Looks pretty awesome and useful for both who have low and high resolution screens as you could just set it to the perfect scale fitting to your resolution. I'm enthusiast to see this ingame!
